In a video going viral on social media captures the moment a young man believed to be in his early 20s was behaving abnormally after allegedly taking in hard drugs.

In the video, the young boy could be seen speaking abnormally and behaving strangely due to the effect of the hard substance he allegedly consumed.

Some people beside him believed to be his family members tried calming him down for the effects of the drugs to wear off but it seems all their efforts to keep the boy calm proved futile.
