These two things are the major cause of death among men, most men know of how dangerous these things are but they prefer keeping a deaf ear, but when the effect strikes they start looking for someone to help them.

There are things you do as a man that kill you slowly, by damaging your body cells and organs little by little. You may not know that the things you do are gradually damaging your body system because, at the initial stage, you may experience no symptoms or any signs of serious illness but when it starts getting to its advanced stage, you will start noticing its signs and symptoms. To preserve your life for a long time you have to stop or reduce the negative things that can make you die suddenly.

#1. Having too many sexual partners.

If you are a man who is having affair with more than one woman, you are at the risk of dying too soon. Having more than one sexual partner can make you lose focus as a man and also cause you life-threatening health conditions. This exposes you to various diseases and infections like HIV/AIDS, hepatitis, gonorrhoea, staphylococcus, etc. If you have unprotected sex with an infected person, you will get infected and suffer from these diseases which can live with you for a lifetime. This shortens your lifespan and makes you live for a short time on earth, especially when you are being taken unaware by these diseases, you should live a healthy lifestyle and keep just a woman as a partner. This helps you reduce the risk of STDs and other diseases. Men who have more than one partner lose focus in life.

#2. Eating junk food all the time.

Men are vulnerable to more health conditions than women. The number of men that are experiencing a heart attack and hypertension are increasing and causing serious concern. As a man you shouldn’t eat everything you see out there, most of the foods you eat outside are wrongly prepared, going for fast food or processed foods can cause you serious health conditions like diabetes, stroke, cancer, heart attack, and other deadly diseases. Most quick foods you see out there contain chemicals and artificial sweeteners, colours, and preservatives that are dangerous to your health. Eating too much of it can damage your body organs and even contaminate your blood cells. You should eat more homemade foods rather than eating junk.

Smoke also damage the heart and blood cells causing you to suffer more deadly health conditions that may cost you your life.
