You cannot conceal the fact that they are several health benefits of taking in beans. But just like everything else, too much of everything is quite bad. In this article, we will look at some medical condition which when one has any of these conditions should avoid consuming beans on a daily basis.
These conditions include,
1. Gastrointestinal problem:
Beans are packed with protein and fibre. There are hard to digest. The body does not enzymes that can break them down. Bacteria in your gut do the work on it instead, giving off the gas in the process.
2. Weak kidneys:
Consuming beans should not be an everyday habit for people with a weak heart. This is because of the high amount of phosphorus and potassium content in beans. Phosphorus and potassium are not entirely “friendly” to healthy kidneys as they end up destroying the kidney after the long run.
This is a health condition the bowel movement in a person’s life within a specific time is low in number. Excessive consumption of beans can trigger constipation. This however is relative since it depends on the immune system of the individual in question.
