A fire that destroyed the police barracks where the police officer and his family lived killed a member of the Ashanti Regional Police Command’s anti-robbery unit.
The officer, his wife, and their child all died at the same time.
The family’s bodies have been taken to the morgue.
Ernest Kwarteng, an Assembly member for the Apromase/Asawase Electoral area, told Otec News that they are waiting for experts to tell them what caused the fire.
“According to people who saw the fire, it spread through one of the rooms, killing a married man, his wife, and their daughter. They are all dead now.”
“Their bodies have been burned and taken to the morgue. “The police came, but we’re still waiting for the experts to tell us what happened,” he said.
