I will be enlighten you on how to prepare a healthy drink.

Carrots can treat a lot of problems. Contains beta-carotene, Vitamin A which fights against health issues. Infact, it can improve overall health function.

Pineapple: A high source of bromelain and vitamin C, zinc and water which can elevate mood stamina and fucntion immediately.

Lemon: very high source of vitamin C



3 medium carrots, 1 thumbsized ginger organice, 1 small pineapple, 1 celery stalk, 1 lemon, 2 ripped banana or avocado, 1 tablespoon of honey.


Wash carrots thoroughly and scrape skin if need be. Cut carrots into pieces.

Cut ginger into pieces.

Cut the pineapple into pieces.

Wash celery stalk well and chop into pieces.

Peel of your lemon and cut them into smaller pieces.

Peel off banana or your avocado and cut them into pieces.

Put all the ingredients in a blender and add 1 tablespoon of honey.

Add 500ml water and blend them together.

Drink 1 glass cup immediately before bedtime.


2 times daily after meals for 2 weeks.
