In a video sighted on social media captures the moment a bride was lifting weights on her wedding day.

In the video, the woman was still in her wedding gown and could be seen walking to a local gym spot and lifting the weight amidst cheers.

Before she started, a man in traditional attire appeared to be giving her some words of motivation.

She amazed the audience watching her with the way she carried it so easily. It is however unclear if the video was recorded before or after the wedding.
