Four passengers are feared dead in a gory accident at Suhum Omenako, a community along the Accra-Kumasi highway.
The accident occurred on Wednesday around 5:30 am.
According to eyewitnesses, the trailer collided with a minibus.
The situation has led to heavy vehicular traffic on the road, as that portion of the highways has been blocked.
Officials of the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) from the Suhum Municipality as well as the police and Fire Service are currently at the scene helping with rescue efforts.
The injured persons have been taken to the Suhum Government Hospital for treatment.
