Antoine Selorm Semenyo has indicated his readiness to play for the Black Stars. The 22-year old forward who plays for Bristol City in the Championship has been sensational for his side. The Black Stars have been looking for that player who will bag in the goals for the West African giants and the young chap could be the solution to the challenge that needs immediate attention. So far he has played 30 matches and has eight goals to his credit.

In his latest interview, the young striker indicated his preparedness to play for Ghana. Not only is he ready to play at the world cup but he is prepared to help the team qualify for the 2023 African Cup of Nations. He says “I am hoping to come for the qualifiers in June”. These are good signs for the four-time African champions as it will give them a lot of attacking options.


Semenyo missed out during the world cup playoffs due to injury and he would like to take his turn in the upcoming tournaments and matches. He scored a goal and provided two assists in last game for his side, Bristol City
