“Don’t Come Out If Possible” – US Sent An Emergency Security Message All Over Ghana Last Night

Last night, The United States of America through its Ambassador to Ghana Her Excellency Stephanie S. Suilivan sent an emergency message to all of its citizens and Ghanaians who may find their information useful urging them to stay indoors and shouldn’t come out if possible.

The emergency message posted on the US Embassy official website attracted the attention of citizens and US Nationals in Ghana especially Accra.

According to the US, they have picked intelligence over the protest of Ghanas largest opposition party which is likely to draw large crowd with minimal police presence.

To their Citizens who may like to come out on the streets of Accra, they are advising them to avoid standing at crowdy areas. Whenever they see a group of people multiplying, they should leave to avoid any future unfortunate occurances.

The US, advised all their citizens in Ghana to keep watching and listening to local radio stations and Televisions for updates on the opposition party’s Demonstration.

They also encouraged their citizens to record their voices to some specifics contacts shared for them. That is when they feel insecure in any part of the country.
