Aside from its industrial uses sugarcane are enjoyed by many in its unrefined form while others too use it for producing alcohol through the process of distillation.
We have all chewed sugarcane before one way or the other. At times we are made to believe sugarcane is not good for us based on its high sugar content which is a total fallacy. In this article, I am going to make known to you some of the reasons why you should chew sugarcane at least ones every day.
