Male organ dysfunction has been recorded in young adults which was not the case a few years back. A medical practitioner by the name of Gifti Dahosa revealed on her social media, some lifestyles and practices that weaken the male organ and manpower.
She mentions that low testosterone, not having enough sleep, stress, being overweight, and smoking can weaken the male organ and its manpower and advised men to practice a healthy lifestyle to keep their organs strong.
She suggested regular exercise, nutritious food, an adequate amount of sleep, and abstinence from smoking can help restore or protect your male organ its manpower.
