Fruits are foods needed so much by the human body for quick growth and development of its health.
All of us consume fruits due to their strong efficacy to improve our health expeditiously; however, the majority of us lack much knowledge on the health benefits of many of the parts of the fruits we devour.

Avocado pear is one of the fruits humans innately don’t joke of.
Avocado has the shape of an enema bulb syringe ( locally called bento) and contains a hard seed that people habitually throw away when eating the edible and fleshy part of the fruit.
The fleshy and eatable part of the fruit can be used to make sandwiches, drinks, in salads and many more.
Avocado pear is used in all of this just because of its enrichment in vitamin C, E, K and B-6, folate, magnesium, potassium and others.
It is rather worrying that you and I didn’t have this tiniest clue that the seed we throw away is the part of the fruit that is abundant in nutrients.
The seed is bitter and will be difficult for one to eat in its raw form. Peel the brown layer from the seed and dry it under the sun for not more than 2 hours.
After dehydrating it, cut the dried seed into pieces and grind them in your blender.
Don’t worry about the colour – you can either get one of these colours. After thoroughly blending it, you can add some to your salad or soup or tea or stews.
