There are so many dangerous acts to stop after a meal but will like to highlight about seven of them to help promote good health in your body system.
These are dangerous things to avoid after a meal.
1) Do not eat fruits immediately after a meal;
Fruits after meals will cause the stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruits 1-2hours after a meal or one hour before a meal.
Many people don’t know this due to that they always take in fruits just immediately after eating which that practice is bad so we should try to avoid those acts to lead to healthy health.
2) Don’t drink tea after a meal,
We should not drink tea immediately after a meal this is so because the leaves of tea contain a high content of acid.
This substance will cause the protein content in the food we consume to be a hundred thus difficult to digest.
3) Do not loosen your belt after eating,
Most of the boys normally lose their belts after eating due to sweat which in that case is very dangerous.
Losing a belt after eating is not good because it can easily cause the intestine to be twisted and blocked.
4) Don’t bath immediately after a meal,
Many people practice this act by bathing immediately after a meal but this method is very bad and can harm you when you do it.
You should not bathe immediately after eating because, it will increase the blood flow to the hands, legs and body thus, the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease and in that case, it will weaken the digestive system in the stomach.
5) Don’t walk about after eating,
People always say that after-meal walk a hundred steps and you will still live 99.
In actual fact this is not true, this is so because walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from food.
6) Don’t sleep immediately after eating or food intake,
Do not sleep immediately after eating because the food will not digest properly. That will lead to gastric and infection in our intestine.
7) Don’t smoke,
Some people smoke after eating to gain energy which is wrong to do so.
Experience from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after a meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes which gives the chance for cancer to take place.
