A 32 year old Kwaku Afriyie, has met his untimely demise at Abuakwa-Maakro, specifically, Doctor Ampoma Junction in the Atwima Nwabiagya South Municipality of the Ashanti Region.
The deceased was a driver and also a member of a Fun Club called Anigye3 Keep Fit Club.
A member of the group, Mr. Asante Elvis who rushed the victim to hospital said the sadden incident happened after a training session of the club yesterday, May 15, 2022.
Asante Elvis a.k.a BB, speaking on Silver FM’s Omanbapa Morning Show today monitored by filasconews.com disclosed that, the late Afriyie was walking on the roadside after training off to his house.
A speeding vehicle lost control, causing several vehicles to crush.
Unfortunately, one of the vehicles, a private car, veered off the road, running over the 32 year old man and killed him.
He died upon arrival at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Ho
spital.
