According to news hitting the air waves just now, At least three people from Kisii governor candidate Manson Oyongo’s security detail were killed on Tuesday evening as they sped towards a funeral in Magenche, Bomachoge Borabu.
It has emerged that a vehicle they were driving in, a Toyota probox lost control after it avoided hitting a Bodaboda Rider.
Sadly, three lost their lives at the scene with two ferried to the hospital where they are currently recuperating.
It emerged that the politician was heading to a burial after an area leader lost his her mum.
The famous gubernatorial Aspirants has promised to foot all the hospital bills and also cater for burial of the three who succumbed to the bizarre accident.
Lately, the number of shocking road accidents has increased to a worrying trend with questions raised as to what could be happening in the society of late.
Overspeeding and lack of following the set road rules and guidelines has been the root cause of these bizarre collisions.
